The Ligurian Sea, due to its biodiversity, offers numerous species of high quality, although in quantity rather than reduced.
We show here the products known and less well-known, remembering that for the peculiarities of the Ligurian Sea and for the size of artisanal fishing activities, the quality and freshness of the local product are guaranteed.
